Orson Welles went to Brazil to do a film for the United States' anti-Nazi "Good Neighbor Policy." Because of changes at RKO, etc., the project ended up being shelved. This film was directed by Richard Wilson, Myron Meisel and Bill Krohn, this fascinating documentary closes the book on a long-lost chapter of cinema lore. It includes Welle's short film, "Four Men On A Raft." Rated G. Screening Cassette.
